Using dumbbells to build strength and stability

Megan's mom works close to the gym and started her membership in April of 2012. Finally, in August 2015 Megan decided to join her.

Both of these ladies have been Small Group Training members for YEARS. Megan was even employed with us as a Front Desk Assistant before she graduated with a B.S. in Health Sciences and accepted a position as A.A.S. Physical Therapist Assistant.

Megan is so much fun to work with - she remains focused and positive during our group sessions and provides motivation to the others in the group, including myself. She's also brought a friend who has become a regular class participant.

I'm all about the buddy system for motivation and accountability and these ladies have proven that it works! I am constantly impressed with her posture and endurance.

Megan demonstrates my favorite machine perfectly - I use this Torso Twist machine not only to train abdominals/obliques but also proper posture

Using the TRX Suspension Trainer as one of 3 stations in a group training session - this Chest Press is perfect for learning correct push-up form while simultaneously challenging core, stability and heart rate

Megan's Testimonial:

"I really enjoy Foundation Fitness and the small group personal training sessions because Sarah is great at planning circuits that fit everyone's fitness needs whether that means making it harder to challenge you or modifying it for any aches, pains, or issues you may have that day or every day. The people in the Small Group Training sessions are also awesome. We become a little work out family supporting each other and cheering each other on each week."
