Member/Couple Training Client/Yoga and Pilates Classes since July 2014

Hobbies: Running, Brewing Kombucha, Playing Piano and Yoga
Accomplishments: Core and Back strength gains, feels LEAN rather than skinny

Jacob and his husband, Michael joined the gym in July 2014 and quickly began a weekly training session with me that continues to this day.

Jacob and Michael showed fast increases in muscle and losses in body fat by following a weekly training program they were held accountable to outside of our private training sessions.

By using on-line exercise tracking spreadsheets that I tailored to their needs helped them stay organized and on task. Sticking to your exercise plan is always harder when life throws you curve balls, but Jacob has remained consistent all these years.

He's adopted a lifestyle that includes regular exercise appropriate for his activities and moderate approaches to nutrition. I've become very close to these guys and look forward to seeing them every week.
