I met Heather when she was my Realtor during the purchase of my first home. We found that we had a lot in common including her desire to improve her fitness and that I own a fitness center.

Since October 2016 she has been joining us twice a week in our Small Group Training workouts - they fit great with her schedule, budget and personality allowing her to get a focused, well-balanced, motivating workout without having to plan or be concerned about proper performance of the exercises.

We found early on that her knee pain was likely due to the need for a more functional gluteal group and since that time she's improved leaps and bounds - and can now do leaps and bounds without risking her knee health.

Heather is big on community service and it makes me feel great to know that we are keeping her in the best shape so she can keep doing all of the things she loves and that we love about her.

Heather's Testimonial:

"My name is Heather and I have been a personal training client with Sarah at Foundation Fitness since October 2016. My hobbies outside of the gym are all things real estate, I play on two adult softball leagues, and work with a nonprofit out of Honduras. When I first started training with Sarah, I had knee issues and knew I was very out of shape. My strength and stability in both my knee and overall core has grown tremendously. I can feel my muscles in both my back and shoulders, and am much more conscious of my posture now.

My softball skill has improved and I feel overall much healthier and stronger than I did before. I keep coming back each month to improve my health and to maintain my progress. Sarah keeps me motivated, and is always offering extra support. The small group setting keeps things light and fun, and I can personally be competitive and push myself by being around others during workout. I appreciate Sarah's positive attitude, and really love my gym. It is always clean, and the staff is very welcoming. Thanks for keeping me healthy, Sarah!! I appreciate you."
