We take pride in our cleanliness as one of North Kansas City’s top gyms for yoga classes, pilates classes, weightlifting, and general fitness equipment. Our staff works overtime to provide a great experience and clean environment for you to work out in. After leaving some gyms, you’ll feel like you need to jump in a pool of disinfectant. Not here!

Our community is a judgment free group of men and women that are all working toward their fitness goals. We have more of the “average” person that genuinely wants to keep their bodies in good physical condition. Most of our members are not training for bodybuilding or weightlifting competitions. Meaning, there won’t be loud grunting, screaming, or massive weights being dropped on the floor. Just a group of people breaking a sweat and actively working toward their goals!

Some of the main benefits you’ll see are increased flexibility, muscle strength, improved athletic performance, and higher levels of energy and vitality. Many people also see in increase in their metabolism and weight loss.

Strength Training


Lifting weights is an integral part of any fitness plan. It is by far the best way to build muscle and has been proven to increase the body’s ability to maintain healthy weight and energy levels. More muscle in the body will require more calories to be burned at any one time during the day, especially at resting heart rate.

We provide functional strength training equipment including suspension and balance trainers like TRX, BOSU, and Physio Balls. These allow a range of total-body activities that build strength, balance and coordination for general fitness, and improve your ability to perform general, day-to-day activities

We also have free weights, cables, and machines that all aid in the building of muscle. Not sure how to lift properly? Or unsure of a certain technique? Ask one of our on-hand trainers! We’d strongly recommend taking a few personal training classes to learn proper techniques. Weight lifting can be dangerous if not done properly, so our trainers do a great job of teaching you how to keep your body safe and under control while strength training.


Cardio and Aerobic Equipment


Cardio and aerobic exercise is very important for the health of your heart and should be a piece of every fitness routine. It aids in burning calories and weight loss, thus helping you reach your “toning” goals. Many people try to weight lift by doing higher reps with less weight in order to tone their muscle, but the problem isn’t usually muscle, it’s fat! The most effective way to burn fat is through nutrition and cardio. Tone is simply a result of less body fat surrounding the muscle. So don’t forget your cardio!

Our gym comes chalk full with an array of cardio equipment to help you break a good sweat! We have treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals.

The Only 24/7 Gym in North Kansas City


We don’t take this title lightly. If you’ve never been a member of a 24 hour gym in KC, you’re really missing out. The freedom that comes with the ability to workout whenever you want is fantastic. Sometimes, you may have a rough day and you need to blow off some steam by working out. Well, if you don’t have a membership to a 24/7 gym, you’re out of luck. We made it a point to provide this to our members, and it is certainly not taken for granted.
